Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, simply return the item to our Sturgeon Bay store, with the enclosed return/exchange form and we will ship your exchange at no additional charge within 30 days of purchase date

Refunds

If you would like to return an item, kindly ship the item back to our Sturgeon Bay store with the enclosed return/exchange form.

Original tags MUST be attached and sent with any manufactures boxes for all a returns/exchanges

Terms of Returns/Exchanges

  • A refund will be issued on regular priced merchandise (excluding jewelry) up to 30 days from original date of purchase along with proof of purchase

  • Refund on SALE merchandise up to 14 days from original date of purchase with proof of purchase

  • Jewelry refunds will be made within 14 days from original date of purchase along with proof of purchase 

  • All Sales are Final on any merchandise that is 50% off or more

  • In-store credit issued if beyond refund period.  All SALES FINAL after 90 days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.  You may also exchange or return items in store
